Leave 15 minutes early. Those rush-hour delays can be especially frustrating and stressful. A 15-minute cushion may give you enough time to remain cam during delays. Create Calm. Play music or listen to books on tape while driving. But make sure it doesn't distract you from the road. Change the view Vary your route occasionally. The change in scenery can be refreshing. Avoid peak hours. For instance, take a half-hour walk right after work instead of driving home immediately. Road rage is destructive-to you and to other drivers.
