National African American Caucus (AFRAM)

The National African American Caucus of the Service Employees Union (SEIU) is committed to enhancing opportunities for education, training and career advancement of SEIU members and staff of African decent, enabling them to develop leadership skills at local, regional, and international levels of SEIU.   We are established to provide networking, mentoring, and other tools necessary to ensure our voice into the policy and decision making process at all levels of SEIU. We further engage to assist SEIU in organizing non Union workers of African Descent.

Membership in the National African American Caucus shall be open to all SEIU members and staff without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, religion, or political belief, who have satisfied the dues requirements of this organization. Any SEIU member or staff  (employed by any SEIU entity) of African Decent. Any SEIU member or staff  (employed by any SEIU entity) not of African Decent.
